  I went into Zales last weekend, and I was delighted to work with Javier. He was so knowledgeable, helpful and he taught us so much about the beautiful diamond we purchased. The entire staff was so energetic and fun to be around! I can NOT wait to return to pick up my sized ring and see all of them again!

  I should've read other reviews before purchasing a bracelet to have engraved. Engraving was the number one qualification for me buying the right bracelet. But the customer service is TERRIBLE. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to having something engraved. It first started when I got several different quotes from different sales people. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I had made the purchase and sent it off for engraving the day after thanksgiving. They said they could do it after having it sent for another estimate, but come to find, 14 days before Christmas, they can't do the engraving because the bracelet doesn't fit in their Machine. Shouldn't you know what is engravable, at least a ballpark? These people have no idea, they don't care about the customers. It has been a terrible experience. At least I know now, before trying to get an engagement ring. I will NEVER set foot in a zales again.
