  We now have 3 gas fireplaces from Western Fireplace and are extremely pleased with all of them...a 4th one is on tap for sometime in the future. One of the great features of our experience has been the annual visits from Eric S to clean and checkout our units. For us, Eric is a very large part of the excellent "Western Fireplace experience." We don't see him often, because the performance of the units has been excellent, but he is always very professional and quick, and we continue to expect to ask for him next year when it is time for another stove cleaning...and a brief visit with Eric.

  Just had Eric in for a Service Call to repair our fire place. I could not ask for a more professional service man. He was prompt, efficient and went above what the job required. I would highly recommend Eric for your fire place service needs.

  We had Western Fireplace out to clean and check our gas fireplace. The technician Eric showed up at the front end of the timeframe window we were given. Eric was very courteous and conscientious moving in and out of the house with his tools and equipment. Eric was very knowledgeable about the unit, addressed our concerns and did a thorough cleaning and check over. We would highly recommend Eric and Western Fireplace and homeowners should have their gas fireplace units checked periodically.
