I called and was patched through to Sam who was friendly and more than eager to assist me in seeing if they had a pair of pants I needed for the meeting. He verified that they had them in my size and even took them to the customer service desk so I could run in after work, Grab them and leave. This is service you don't see very often. Thank you Sam for your great representation of the corporation and for being there when I needed you.
