Reviews about Walgreens

Wish I could give a better review but this is why I gave three stars. I usually go down to Walgreens pharmacy with my therapy/service dog, Hannah; I suffer from schizophrenia and she helps me cope in public with my symptoms of extreme paranoia, suspicion, and anxiety when I'm alone if my fiancé can't go with me. Usually I'm fine; everyone seems to love Hannah and compliments her, alls well that ends well. Well, sadly, last night was different. I was walking with my dog in the store; shopping, as per usual, when this lady just straight up gives me the meanest look I've ever seen, and says, and I quote, "Dogs aren't allowed in the store, 'ma'am,'" and it's the way she said it that really tipped me off. So, defending myself, of course I told her, "She's actually my therapy dog, 'ma'am'," which immediately shut her up (thankfully), and she walked off somewhere else. Sadly though that triggered an attack and I had to leave early without buying everything, but the other employees of course were nice to me regarding Hannah and didn't mention anything. What's worse is that lady had another woman standing there next to her, and she watched the entire thing and said nothing. Walgreens, if you're reading this, I think you should train your staff to be more respectful and delicate with this subject, because it can trigger some ill people to have an attack. Have them check /politely/ if it really is a service dog of any kind, and if they want proof, have them gently ask for papers. I'd be more than happy to show them to them if they asked. Maybe she was having a bad day, but no matter the case, an employee should NEVER be rude to a customer, EVER, no matter WHAT the circumstance. I'd understand if other people told me off and not just her, but out of all my times of being there, it was only her that had a problem with it. I honestly don't know if I wanna go back and risk getting yelled at again to be honest. So hopefully Walgreens does something about this, because I know I'm not the only one with this problem at this store.
