  I went to Sutherlands for the first time today since moving to Ft. Collins last summer. I was greeted veey warmly by a woman at the front counter. She was quite friendly and accommodating. I explained I was there to set up a commercial account for my reno / remodel business and she showed me around, introduced me to the guy at the lumber counter, a designer and later checked out a few samples for me. Good initial experience. They seemed to have a good selection and quality much better than big box stores like Lowe's or HD.

  I went in to order the bath fixtures for my remodel. No one greeted me when I walked in, just stood there and looked at me then continued their conversation. No one asked if I wanted help while I looked around the showroom. The staff just looked at me as I walked out the store. I guess this store didn't think they need my business.
