  OLDER: Absolutely horrible, older guy who works there was rude and tried to get out of a price he originally offered. Bought a bed for 299, and came in the next day to pick it up. After I found I didn't have the space for the bed, I went in and asked for the sale the guy offered me for the smaller one. He then proceeded to tell me that he never offered the 249 that he did and that it was the same price for the Queen as the Full. He wouldn't budge and offered to refund me, saying I was not correct. I work for retail and if I treated my customers like this, I wouldn't be able to sell a thing. Beyond all of this he consistently spoke down to me. Poor customer service UPDATE: Manager called me personally to extend his apologies and worked to get me the deal I was told was available. VERY impressed with their customer service and raised it to a Five star because John was a great store owner who cared for his customers
