  Crappy place with rude staff i bought one of there centipedes after 1 day of keeping it in the correct habitate/environment and trying to feed it the animal died when i returned to there store for a refund they said i could switch the dead one for a live one i didnt want to do this obviously because i didnt want to loose another so i asked for a simple refund what i got was an hour of waiting for there manager to reply to there txts about getting a refund and just plain out rudeness i couldnt take it any longer and asked about a 15 dollar credit even though i paid 25 bucks for the animal i was trying to be nice and not annoying when they said no all they could do was give me a half price refund or 25 dollars worth of crickets at this point im just exhausted i live in brighton and came to this scales n tails because i thought they would be great to deal with unlike some ive visited in the long run i ended up spending 10 dollars on a vinagroon with broken feelers this is by far the worst pet store i have ever visited in colorado and will no longer be coming back or giveing them my money its a waste of time effort and animal lives BUYER BEWARE
