  If you like pulling teeth, this place is for you. Had a chair to get re-upholstered. Paid my deposit in Oct & they said they'd call me in early December. I didn't want to be pushy, so I didn't call them till January. Come in next week to pick out fabric. OK, did that. Fabric was supposed be there in 2 weeks, but after 4 weeks, I called them. Oh yeah, the fabric has been here for 2 weeks so bring the chair in next week. Grrr, why didn't they call when the fabric came (2 more weeks lost) but OK, did that. When the chair was done, they actually did call me -- surprise. But the whole ordeal took six months. And, since I asked their advice for how much fabric to order -- I wanted "a little extra" -- I got my chair plus a couple extra yards. Upholstery fabric is 50 - 60" wide, so a couple extra yards is a lot. Way too much fabric but between my little extra & the extra they ordered to make sure they had enough, yow -- almost enough to cover another chair! And upholstery fabric ain't cheap, $30 - 50/yd. On the plus side, they did a good job. But it took too long, cost too much because of the extra fabric, & I don't like having to follow up to actually get the process to happen. So even though I had other things to re-upholster (which I told them as an incentive), I went elsewhere & was much happier.
