  The first rule of the row by row participating shops is 1. Exist as an independent brick and mortar quilt shop and be open for regular summer hours. Quilt shop is defined as a retail store that carries the materials necessary to create a quilt: fabric, thread, batting and inspiration! On Saturday, July 16, 2016 I checked online for the hours of the shops I was planning to visit before I decided to go. When I arrived at The Presser Foot in Longmont it was closed. The sign read closed for Bernina training. Disappointed but still planning to shop I kept heading north and was met with more disappointment when I arrived at The Presser Foot in Fort Collins and the same closed sign. I guess the stores are are connected together. I took a picture of the sign to prove I was there. I left a post on the row by row Colorado website and contacted the row by row area coordinator. I still think since I visited both stores during normal hours that in good faith the store would send me the free rows. This hasn't happened yet...
