  Here is the outside of Pet Supplies Plus before they finished their re-modeling. I can always find what I need and the staff never fail to help me with a smile. My dog is a a nervous rescue and I always bring her and they give her lots of treats and love to make her feel comfortable. I also love their self-serve dog baths, check out the dirty dog discount!

  I’ve been using this store since I got my dog. I buy food, toys, and use the self service wash. Tonight the cashier rang me up for my 5 wash punch card. I reminded her to punch it for me since I was on my way back to wash the dog. She kindly said, don’t worry about it, I’ll let you have your first one for free. Abnormal, but nice! There were no towels at the self wash. We went up and asked for dry towels and the manager snidely remarked that because we didn’t have our card punched there aren’t towels for us. Now, I tried to have my card punched. Just because an employee make a decision not to follow protocol shouldn’t mean that my dog has to walk out of the store into the cold with wet ears. Everyone has always been kind and helpful here, until today.
