  First time ordering through Palmer Flowers. But also my first time ordering flowers/plants for someone for delivery. Wasn't satisfied at all what I thought to be a orchid or what I thought I was ordering (from what the picture showed) was not what i was hoping for. Not to mention I also ordered cholchlates and a candle. But when I called them to ask a question she said they were out of candles and cholchlate. (Not sure if they had other sizes, or different cholchlate) but also was not suggested and anything in replace. Also idk if it's normal but when we showed up there was a tag that said they tried to make a delivery and we weren't home. So instead they left the plant at a neighbor's. But idk that seems kinda weird to do. I'll know next time though to go through someone else. They were pretty good with customer service. But still disappointed with what I wanted to be ordered (which they didn't have) Along with the blooming plant that showed up.
