  Last month, I spent $250 at the Macy's in Fort Collins. I went into the store today, simply to ask a question about their return policy, and was faced with a version of customer service lacking any semblance of warmth or gratitude for my patronage. Previously, I've had good experiences in this location, with female employees. Today, I spoke with a man and his tone, from the very beginning of our conversation, was completely wrong for working with any customer or any other human being, for that matter. I was disappointed because I really enjoy their products, but I am unsure if I will shop there anymore after this experience. I left the building feeling like I was some kind of idiot or lowlife for asking a question. I suppose if I want anything from Macy's, I will get it online, instead of going into the retail location which is what I prefer, so that I don't have to deal with that man's negativity again.
