  How hard is it to get a job completed that was paid for and started the first week of November, 2016! Here we are middle of January 2017 and we have stairs not fixed, heater vents uncovered, wrong products ordered (again) and we are no closer to being finished than we were since 11/1! The employees of the store are pointless (well, they'll take your credit card to pay for your order) from there, GOOD LUCK. You'll never get a return phone call or follow through from them. Commitment after commitment not followed through on. The store "manager" won't return calls either.

  I was looking for laminate flooring and I ended up getting real wood flooring for just a little bit more. I ended up rearranging the store with samples from all over the store to compare samples and durability. They answered all my questions and gave me lots of information. When I purchased my flooring it took me 3 days to find a truck and they never questioned me about when it would be.
