They got me the right size and apologized for the inconvenience I went through by grabbing the wrong size (I was completely unaware how my sizes ran jean wise in this store, so I take fault in that). This company has my loyalty because the employees are so great. It takes one simple kindness to earn that loyalty from me and they've got it.
