  We recently purchased a used ps3 , two games and a controller. When we were in the store the associate was short with us and did not care to make sure we were happy and taken care of. She was not trained to know what stock they had in store as the manager had to tell her how to search their system. After purchasing over $170 of items, We went home and and discovered they gave us the wrong game, broken console, broken hdmi cable, and broken controller. We called the store and spoke to the manager about what happened with the broken equipment and the employee’s lack of training and customer service. We were told that the mulberry location had the correct game in stock and went to that store. We were pleased with our experience with the mulberry store as they understood customer service. We will not be returning to the harmony location. Buyer beware.
