- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆January 21, 2020, by Ann EReluctant Customer Service. My husband and I walked in there to look for faucets. Three employees and no other customers. First employee told us faucets were in the back. Didn't get up to show us. 2nd and 3rd employees talking about business. No acknowledgement or greeting. Finally got customer service after I got mad. One star for quality products at reasonable prices. One star for the belated customer service. Please treat your customers like welcomed guests when they walk in the door. Your store is selling high dollar items in the hundreds and thousands.
