  After a rocky start with this company, we ended up using them because my wife was really set on the carpet they carried. I went in for a second time and had a more positive experience. The installation man (who's name I have forgotten) was excellent. The stairs look great. Giving 3 stars for the difficult initial experience. They made up for it on the second try.

  We relocated to Fort Collins and visited several flooring companies before selecting Dale's Carpet One. Bob, Heath and Elizabeth were great! We took our time selecting the fllooring and Elizabeth was very patient while we were deciding on the final product. She suggested bringing home samples (both hardwood and carpet) to get a better idea of how they would look in our home. We really appreciated Bob and Heath's expert measuring skills as they were spot on as to how much product to order. After the installatiion was complete, Elizabeth came over to see the result and asked if we had any concerns about our experience with them or the installers. We highly recommend them and will be coming back when we tackle our kitchen remodel.
