  I went to CPR Fort Collins Monday Febr 12, 2018, due to a moisture issue which had caused a screen malfunction (and possibly more damage) to my iphone. I was greeted by Kaitlyn, the technician on duty in the store. From both customer service and technical aspects my expectations were far exceeded. Kaitlyn was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. She took the time to explore all possible options and assisted in finding the best and most cost effective solution to the problem; and, she was able to accomplish the needed repair in a short period of time while was in the store. I highly recommend CPR Fort Collins as the "go to" location for cell phone repairs.
