  I'm sorry to say that working with Cloud 9 was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered Canyon Creek Cabinets in December, but they were not actually ordered until Feb, putting off completion of a remodel job by two months. I received no communication for months about my order, despite numerous calls and emails. I finally heard about my order and received my cabinets, but needed to make some custom changes. I then ordered replacement doors and drawer and haven't heard from them since about that order. That was three months ago. While Cloud 9 agreed to compensate me for the lost rental income due to the construction delay, I also never heard back about that compensation. Unfortunately Canyon Creek does not allow me to order direct, I have to go through a distributor. Even after I called and complained about the distributor, Canyon Creek still just refers me back to Cloud 9.
