  We highly recommend the Carpet Mill! We are three-time repeat customers....we had the basement carpeted in our former residence and the upstairs carpet replaced before we moved, and in our new house we had the carpet replaced. We have experienced consistent, excellent customer service, great deals, and have been very pleased with the quality of carpet we purchased each time. Our sales rep, Jim Crockett, is exceptionally knowledgeable and very enjoyable to work with. He took detailed measurements of the space, showed us several high quality options within our target price range, discussed pros and cons with us based on his extensive experience in the carpet business which was helpful in making our decision, and he followed up with us after the install to make sure everything was satisfactory. He really took care of us well!
