He worked with the Fort Collins city inspector to make the changes required to get the basement up to current code standards. I was very grateful for the timely & professional help, and would recommend him. He was worth every penny, and sets the standards high for contract workers. He always answers the phone. Make sure you avoid texting if a back-and-forth is required - he's old school :)
