  I echo the complaints of those being stalked through the store. I had one employee stand beside me throughout the checkout line to make sure that the 9 nuts in my hand were appropriately accounted. A dozen "can I help you"s in two minutes is eleven too many. Weary of being abused by pricing. Today's example: spray can of b'laster penetrating oil. Ace's everyday low price -- $7.70; Walmart -- $3.70; MSRP -- $4 something. You remind me of the dishonest oil change shops -- preying on society's enfeebled geriatrics and uninformed sots who don't own a screwdriver. Perhaps this is your intended niche market but it's difficult to imagine anyone with a substantial project shopping Ace. Perhaps you'll stay in the black fixing towel bars and leaking commodes.

  Great store Free popcorn but of all the Ace Hardwares I have been too this one uses the smallest bags for popcorn. Either concerned about my waistline or just stingy.

  Did site to store order. When I went to pick up order, their system was "not communicating". Although I could give them an order number for proof of purchase as well as evidence that the money had already been taken out of my account, they refused to give me the item. The money is still missing out of my account and I still do not have anything to show for it! The manager was not concerned about his computer system taking $100 out of my account at Christmas, nor was he interested in making it right!
